Sean Reddick
Partner
Sean Reddick is a seasoned legal operations leader with deep expertise in litigation support, mass tort technology, and enterprise eDiscovery solutions. Before co-founding Triality, he served as Senior Vice President at TCDI and Director of Litigation Support at Ogletree Deakins. Sean has built and deployed scalable discovery and claims management systems for AmLaw 100 firms and Fortune 500 companies, helping legal teams align technology, strategy, and operational resilience.
Pam Downs
Partner
Pam Downs is a Principal of Triality and a seasoned leader in legal consulting, mass tort management, and law firm operations. Before co-founding Triality, she led consulting practices at Entrusted Advisors, Epiq Systems, and Hildebrandt Baker Robbins, following senior leadership roles at Shook, Hardy & Bacon. Pam brings over 25 years of experience helping Fortune 500 corporate legal departments and AmLaw 100 firms optimize litigation strategy, discovery management, and operational efficiency across complex, high-stakes matters.
Dave Gustafson
Senior Consultant
David Gustafson is a Senior Consultant at Triality with over 20 years of experience in information management and discovery strategy. He specializes in electronic evidence preservation, review technology, and workflow optimization for large-scale litigation and regulatory matters. David has led projects across record retention, electronic collection, and production systems, bringing a strategic and technical lens to discovery management. He holds a BA from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
Jim Mittenhall
Senior Consultant
James Mittenthal is Vice President of Consulting at Triality, with nearly forty years of experience advising national law firms and corporate legal departments on technology strategy, information governance, and litigation support. His expertise spans eDiscovery, records management, legacy data remediation, and legal practice systems. Jim has served as a consulting and testifying expert in technology-driven cases and has designed solutions for Fortune 100 companies, major law firms, and government entities. He holds a JD from Boston University and a BA from the University of Michigan Honors Program.
