Thank you for choosing Triality LLC.
Please review these Terms & Conditions carefully, as they apply to all consulting, technology, and discovery services we provide.

1. Services

Triality LLC offers legal technology consulting, discovery operations optimization, and litigation consulting for law firms, corporations, and in-house legal teams.
Each service follows the details outlined in your agreement, proposal, or statement of work.
Our goal is to help clients align legal, IT, and operational strategies for efficient outcomes.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • All consulting and project meetings are scheduled in advance and confirmed with your designated contact.

  • Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations.

  • Missed sessions, last-minute cancellations, or delayed starts may incur additional charges or affect project timelines.

3. Project Deposits & Agreements

A signed agreement or project proposal is required before work begins.
Some engagements may require a deposit or retainer to secure project scheduling.
If a project is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start, the deposit may be forfeited.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms stated in your official Triality agreement or invoice.
Accepted payment methods include electronic transfer, check, or other approved corporate payment options.
Delayed payments may result in paused services or interest charges as allowed by law.

5. Pricing & Estimates

  • Estimates are based on the project scope and data provided by the client.

  • Additional fees may apply if the scope expands or extra services are requested.

  • Changes to the scope will always be discussed and approved before implementation.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all required data, access credentials, and documentation are available before the project starts.

  • Designate a contact person to communicate decisions and approvals during the engagement.

  • Notify Triality of any legal, technical, or compliance issues that may affect the project.

  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary systems and avoid unauthorized sharing of materials.

7. Triality’s Responsibilities

  • We provide trained, experienced, and insured professionals.

  • We take great care in handling client data, systems, and confidential materials.

  • We follow strict information governance, security, and compliance practices aligned with global standards such as ISO/IEC 27001:2013.

  • Any concerns raised during an active project will be addressed promptly and professionally.

8. Data, Damage & Liability

  • Report any data concerns, errors, or issues within 24 hours of discovery.

  • Triality is not responsible for pre-existing errors or corrupted data provided by clients.

  • We carry professional and liability insurance to cover any accidental damage or loss caused by our actions.

  • Triality’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.

9. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.

  • Termination does not waive the client’s obligation to pay for services already completed.

  • Triality may suspend or terminate services immediately in case of breach, non-payment, or unethical activity.

  • All intellectual property and confidential materials remain the property of their respective owners.
